George Adams Projects is pleased to announce Chicago Style, a group exhibition tracing the historical and thematic intersections of key figures in Chicago's mid-to-late 20th-century art scene. Featuring works by Joanna Beall, Roger Brown, Leon Golub, Miyoko Ito, Ellen Lanyon, June Leaf, Gladys Nilsson, Jim Nutt, Ed Paschke, Barbara Rossi, HC Westermann, and Karl Wirsum, the exhibition examines the relationships between these artists and the distinct aesthetic approaches that emerged in Chicago during this transformative period in American art.
